Gia chủ Hải Dương ở trong nhà mà như giữa thiên nhiên
Hai giếng trời và bảy bồn cây xanh giúp chủ nhân ở trong nhà vẫn có cảm giác như giữa công viên.
Ngôi nhà diện tích 4,5 x 16 m, hướng tây, nằm tại khu đô thị mới ở phía tây thành phố Hải Dương. Đây là tổ ấm của một cặp vợ chồng đều là nhân viên văn phòng ngoài 30 tuổi và một cậu con trai 9 tuổi.
Xây nhà vào năm 2018, họ mong muốn có một không gian sống thoải mái, tiện nghi, thoáng mát về mùa hè, ấm áp về mùa đông, và đặc biệt là họ có thể ở trong nhà liền vài ngày mà không chán.
Khi nghĩ về ý tưởng cho ngôi nhà, kiến trúc sư Lê Quang Vinh (V+Studio) tình cờ nghe được câu hát “xin được ngủ dưới vòm cây” trong một ca khúc của Trịnh Công Sơn. Anh quyết định thiết kế một ngôi nhà xây lệch tầng với 7 bồn cây xanh rải rác các tầng để gia chủ có thể ở trong nhà mà vẫn được tận hưởng thiên nhiên.
Nhà nằm trong khu đô thị loại vừa, không có bảo vệ, nên gạch hoa gió được sử dụng ở mặt tiền vừa để tránh nắng Tây, vừa đảm bảo an toàn mà vẫn đem lại tính thẩm mỹ.
Phòng khách ở tầng một, đặt ngay dưới giếng trời, nhờ bồn cây xanh phía trên che bớt nắng, nên ngồi ở đây giữa trưa hè vẫn mát mẻ. Đây chính là không gian yêu thích nhất của gia đình cũng như nhóm thiết kế.
Mái giếng sử dụng kính trong giúp ánh sáng lan tỏa. Ngày nắng, nắng xuyên qua từng kẽ lá và in bóng trên tường, trên ghế… Ngày mưa, trong nhà vẫn khô ráo. Cả gia đình có thể quây quần ở đây, vừa nghe tiếng mưa rơi, vừa trò chuyện cùng nhau.
Để không lãng phí không gian nơi cầu thang và tăng tính thẩm mỹ, kệ ti vi được đặt ngay ở gầm cầu thang. Nhờ thế, diện tích bếp và chỗ để xe – hai khu vực liên thông phòng khách cũng trở nên thoáng rộng hơn.
Cuối nhà là một giếng trời nhỏ, làm nơi đối lưu không khí. Cây xanh xuất hiện ở đây vừa mang bóng mát, vừa hút mùi, giúp chủ nhà cảm thấy thoải mái dễ chịu khi nấu nướng cũng như ăn uống.
Cây xanh cạnh phòng ngủ chính ở tầng hai vừa tạo cảnh quan đẹp cho bên ngoài phòng ngủ, vừa che bóng mát tạo khoảng xanh cho phòng khách bên dưới.
Nhờ mặt tiền gạch thông gió, hai giếng trời giữa và cuối nhà, các phòng trong nhà đều nhận được ánh sáng tự nhiên, thoáng đãng.
