Người dân địa phương thấy lạ với ngôi nhà màu trắng có mặt tiền họa tiết chong chóng, nhiều cây trồng trong nhà.

Ngôi nhà ở Đồng Nai mang phong cách của những ngôi nhà hiện đại đang ngày càng phổ biến ở Việt Nam. Mặt tiền có họa tiết trang trí hình chong chóng tre, gợi nhớ ký ức tuổi thơ chốn thôn quê.
Tuy nhiên, các nhà trong vùng chủ yếu có mặt tiền đơn giản, tận dụng tối đa diện tích để ở. Trong khi đó, công trình của KTS Phạm Thái Công Hoàng có sự khác biệt về mặt tiền, cách bố trí bên trong nên khiến nhiều người trong vùng không quen mắt.
Người thiết kế tạo ra một không gian đan xen các khu chức năng và cây xanh, giếng trời.
Chủ nhà là người phóng khoáng, thích nơi ở thoáng đãng, nên muốn sử dụng nhiều kính ở mặt tiền. Nhà hướng đông nên không sợ nắng gắt.
Công trình gồm khoảng đất 97 m2 (9,7x10m) và thêm một mảnh đất nhỏ phía sau làm bếp.
Phòng khách, bàn ăn thoáng mở, có sự phân chia nhờ những khoảng vườn nhỏ.
Ngôi nhà có tông chủ đạo là trắng, gỗ điểm thêm màu xanh của cây lá.
Điểm nhấn ấn tượng trong nhà là cây khế lâu năm do người thân của gia chủ tặng. Cây được trồng vào nhà trong quá trình gần hoàn thiện công trình.
Cây được dành khoảng đất lớn ở khu vực giếng trời rộng đang vươn cao lên tới tầng 2.
Cầu thang chạy quanh khu giếng trời, cây xanh và khung cửa sổ rộng đem lại cảm giác thú vị khi các thành viên trong nhà lên xuống các tầng.
Khu bếp rộng nằm ở khoảng đất phụ sau nhà nên gia chủ chỉ làm tủ dưới, không có tủ gắn trên tường.
Trong nhà có 3 phòng ngủ đều chan hòa ánh sáng cho 5 thành viên.
Khu vực sinh hoạt chung của gia đình ở tầng 2.
