HẢI PHÒNGNhà bố trí nhiều không gian chơi đùa cho trẻ con và được gia chủ trực tiếp chỉ đạo thi công suốt một năm rưỡi.
Ngôi nhà 76 m2 như khu vui chơi trẻ em bởi có nhiều không gian màu sắc cho ba con của gia chủ.
Trước đó, căn nhà được bàn giao thô với nhiều vấn đề như thiếu sáng, thông gió kém, ít diện tích dành cho sinh hoạt chung. Theo yêu cầu của gia chủ, kiến trúc sư đã phân chia lại không gian.
Những đoạn hành lang được tận dụng làm sân chơi cho trẻ. Tấm sắt màu vàng tạo điểm nhấn trên nền màu trung tính trần, tường, sàn. Các bé cũng có phòng chơi riêng trên tầng bốn.
Một phần cầu thang được trang trí bởi tấm thép cắt hình tên của ba đứa trẻ là Bon, Su, Bo. Tấm thép này do chính công ty người bố, một kỹ sư cơ khí, thi công.
Người bố cũng trực tiếp giám sát thi công suốt một năm rưỡi. Dù bận rộn, anh vẫn tranh thủ ra công trường trước khi đi làm và sau 21h tối, đồng thời tự tay chọn nội thất để đảm bảo ngôi nhà được cải tạo đúng thiết kế.
Bên cạnh không gian chơi đùa cho trẻ em, nhóm thiết kế bố trí nhiều ô cửa để lấy thêm ánh sáng cho cầu thang, khu vực vốn rất tối do được thiết kế nằm giữa hai phòng chức năng.
Những khoảng hở giúp bố mẹ và con cái tương tác dù đang ở các phòng khác nhau.
Công trình được bố trí nhiều cửa vòm, nhằm mục đích làm mềm kết cấu căn nhà và gợi nhớ kiến trúc Việt Nam truyền thống. Chúng cũng chia không gian ở thành các “bức tranh” sinh hoạt.
Ở tầng trệt, không gian bếp – phòng khách được ngăn cách bằng một chiếc đàn piano.
Nhờ cách bố trí này, phòng bếp được mở rộng gấp hai lần so với trước.
Băng ghế dài ở bàn ăn được tích hợp với tủ đựng đồ.
Đồ trang trí đơn giản, tạo cảm giác không gian rộng hơn. Chiếc ghế vàng ở phòng khách tạo điểm nhấn, tương tự các phòng phía trên.
Dù bề ngoài không thay đổi so với các công trình xung quanh, bên trong căn nhà tạo nên sự khác biệt rõ rệt, đáp ứng nhu cầu “thoát khỏi sự giống nhau” của gia chủ.
