TP HCM – Muốn xóa bỏ cảm giác chật chội và ồn ào của cuộc sống giữa trung tâm thành phố, gia chủ biến nhà mình thành một không gian như resort.
Ngôi nhà mang tên Lam House lấy từ tên con gái gia chủ rộng 181 m2 nằm tại quận 9. Sau thời gian dịch bệnh, chủ nhân muốn xây một “resort phố”, nơi gia đình ba người có thể sống ở không gian thoáng đãng với cây xanh, ánh sáng tự nhiên và gió mát cả ngày.
Phía trước nhà, gia chủ để một khoảng sân rộng với những mảng cây xanh bao quanh. Đây là thiết kế mà không nhiều chủ nhà phố có điều kiện và dám làm.

Một góc tường được ốp gạch kính để lấy sáng cho không gian trong nhà và vẫn đảm bảo sự riêng tư.
Gia chủ mong muốn có không gian rộng rãi và tươi sáng, mọi người kết nối với nhau dễ dàng nên đã lựa chọn thiết kế không tường giữa phòng khách, bếp, phòng ăn… nhằm tối ưu ánh sáng ban ngày.
Cách thiết kế này mở ra đáng kể toàn bộ không gian, cho phép ánh sáng tự nhiên truyền qua các phòng khác nhau và làm mờ ranh giới giữa các khu vực chức năng.
Trải dọc hành lang, kiến trúc sư đã sử dụng chất liệu kính làm mái che, đón ánh sáng tự nhiên vào tất cả các khu vực như phòng khách, bếp, phòng ngủ. Chủ nhà còn lắp đặt thêm hệ thống rèm tự động phía trước khu vực sinh hoạt chung nhằm điều tiết lượng ánh sáng khi cần thiết.
Phần mái bằng kính mở ra giếng trời, tạo sự đối lưu không khí từ cửa trước, cửa sau. Bởi vậy không gian sinh hoạt chung luôn ngập sáng vào ban ngày.
Việc tích hợp phòng khách, chỗ ăn uống và khu vực bếp trong một phòng chung tạo sự liền mạch trong sinh hoạt để chủ nhân tận hưởng không gian sống.
Các thành viên có thể thấy nhau khi đang nấu ăn hay làm việc vì không có khoảng cách giữa các khu vực.
Thay vì sử dụng hệ tủ bếp trên, kiến trúc sư đã thay thế bằng hệ thống kệ mở, vừa đảm bảo chức năng lưu trữ vừa không cản trở thị giác người nhìn.
Với phong cách tối giản và trân trọng những gì mang dấu vết thời gian, bàn ghế và sofa đều được chủ nhà sử dụng từ nhà cũ.
Phong cách căn hộ tối giản, màu sắc nhẹ nhàng, trung tính nhưng không vì thế bị nhạt nhòa. Chính sự mộc mạc, giản đơn đã làm nên chất riêng, khó bị hòa lẫn.
Bên trong phòng khách, có một khu vườn nhỏ xinh với cây cọ xẻ, lan ý, trầu bà lá xẻ, môn cảnh… tạo không gian xanh mát ngay trong nhà.
Phòng ngủ master được thiết kế tối giản tạo cảm giác nhẹ nhàng đúng chất nghỉ dưỡng giúp chủ nhân tái tạo năng lượng mỗi ngày.
Mỗi sáng thức dậy, nhìn ra sân vườn với cây xanh, nắng ấm mang lại cảm giác sống gần với thiên nhiên cho gia chủ.
Bên trong phòng vệ sinh được thiết kế những ô cửa nhỏ lấy ánh sáng tự nhiên cũng như tạo sự thông thoáng cho phòng.
Cách xử lý trong ngoài liên thông qua các khung gạch hình vuông tạo cảm giác chạm được tới không gian xanh mát bên ngoài những ô cửa gạch.
Phòng tắm thứ hai được thiết kế với giếng trời trải dài, mang ánh sáng và không khí vào khu vực trung tâm nhà, đồng thời tạo ra sự đối lưu khí cho khu vực này.
Ngôi nhà hoàn thành trong 4 tháng, chi phí là 2 tỷ đồng.
