Ngôi nhà phố với diện tích 500m2, được thiết kế theo kiểu “resort tại gia” của một gia đình 3 thế hệ. Cảm hứng chính mà KTS và gia chủ thực hiện công trình nhà phố này đó chính là muốn tạo ra một không gian thuần về nghỉ dưỡng, giúp cho ông bà có một nơi trong lành để hít thở không khí tự nhiên. Gia chủ quyết định dành nửa diện tích cho sân vườn với nhiều cây xanh bao quanh, còn lại là gian nhà ở 2 tầng trải dài trên 190m2 với nhiều giải pháp đón sáng và kết nối với cảnh quan. Các mảng xanh kết hợp cùng hệ thống không gian mở, đón gió giúp ngôi nhà phố luôn được ôm lấy khí tươi của đất trời, gần gũi với thiên nhiên.

Vừa bước chân vào cổng là một hệ sinh thái được mở ra, xung quanh được trồng rất nhiều cây cảnh đa dạng khác nhau. Ở khu vực sân vườn có một sân chơi nhỏ được phủ đầy đá sỏi cho trẻ em. Mặt bằng tầng trệt của ngôi nhà phố được nâng cao lên như một quả đồi nhỏ, xung quanh được phủ bởi hệ thống cây xanh giúp xóa đi sự ngăn cách giữa bên trong và bên ngoài nhà. Dọc theo chiều dài nhà là bể bơi có kích thước 4x16m được bố trí cùng mảng cây xanh cao. Việc đặt hồ bơi tại vị trí này khiến phát huy khả năng liên kết các không gian sinh hoạt theo chiều cao và chiều đứng.

Bể bơi và sân rải sỏi là khu vực vui chơi của hội trẻ trong nhà
Tầng 1 của ngôi nhà phố gồm phòng sinh hoạt chung với thiết kế mở hai mặt tiếp xúc trực tiếp với gió trời giúp không gian luôn thông thoáng và mát mẻ. Mặt trước nhìn ra khu vực bể bơi, tăng khả năng kết nối giữa các thế hệ khi sinh hoạt chung. Gian phòng này cũng được trang bị các thiết bị nghe nhìn được giấu âm trần vô cùng hiện đại, có chức năng giải trí cho đại gia đình.

Không gian kế tiếp là phòng ăn và bếp tràn ngập ánh sáng được bao phủ ở mọi phía nhờ thiết kế không gian mở, tầm nhìn bàn ăn hướng ra bể bơi và sân vườn. Cách bố trí này là một sự sáng tạo thành công, khai phóng tối đa tầm nhìn và giúp ánh sáng len lỏi vào trong từng ngóc ngách của căn nhà. Bên cạnh đó, việc lắp đặt hệ thống chống trộm, chống mưa gồm hai lớp cửa cuốn (một lớp bằng song inox và một lớp bằng nhôm mỏng) giúp cho khu vực này không bị tác động bởi thời tiết bên ngoài, tạo cảm giác yên tâm cho gia chủ. Lớp cửa song inox có thể được kéo xuống để chống trộm khi gia chủ đi vắng mà vẫn đảm bảo việc lưu thông gió lùa khắp căn nhà.

Tại tầng 1 của ngôi nhà phố được bố trí cả phòng ngủ cho ông bà, vị trí này thuận tiện cho sinh hoạt của người cao tuổi. Phòng ngủ này được thiết kế để các chất liệu thiên nhiên len lỏi với cửa kính lớn, có mảng sân trên cao riêng biệt và “view” nhìn ra hồ bơi cung sân chính. Hàng hiên rộng tạo thành nơi để ngồi chơi, hóng mát và thư giãn vào mỗi buổi chiều.

Phòng ngủ của vợ chồng gia chủ nằm ở tầng 2 của ngôi nhà phố. Căn phòng được trang trí theo concept tối giản với tone màu trắng chủ đạo, phía ban công ngoài được phủ hoàn toàn bởi cây xanh tạo nên những khung cảnh vừa trữ tình, vừa bình yên. Bên cạnh phòng ngủ master có phòng dành cho trẻ em, cả căn phòng này cũng sử dụng vật liệu chính là gỗ, tạo cho bé một không gian ấm áp và an toàn. Khu vực bàn học được thiết kế với hình dạng cách điệu. Nhờ đó vừa giữ được sự đồng bộ với các phòng khác, có thể sử dụng lâu dài mà không cần cải tạo, vừa trẻ trung, vui nhộn.
Phòng vệ sinh được thiết kế đơn giản, vẫn sử dụng tone màu trắng tạo nên nét tinh giản, sang trọng và góp phần khiến cho ngôi nhà thêm gọn gàng, tươm tất. Điểm đặc biệt chính là không gian nhà vệ sinh được mở rộng tối đa tầm nhìn, đảm bảo sự thông thoáng và ánh sáng.
