Tuy vậy, tất cả mọi thứ đều sắp xếp một cách hợp lý, để gia chủ khi đi đâu cũng chỉ muốn về nhà. Công trình có diện tích đất 70m2 (5×14), tổng diện tích xây dựng: 210m2.

Bếp rộng và thoáng, có thêm giếng trời nhỏ thoáng đãng. Dưới giếng trời là các bồn cây bằng bê-tông dẻo, có thể di chuyển linh hoạt, cho cây ra ngoài hít thở nhiều không khí. Nhà còn có khoảng không phía sau lấy gió mát và phơi quần áo nên chị Sony Trương làm thêm cửa sổ, cửa ra vào.
