TIỀN GIANG – Ngôi nhà nằm cạnh đường liên tỉnh ở huyện Châu Thành được thiết kế theo phong cách resort phố, bao bọc bởi bức tường cao 7 m, xung quanh ngập tràn cây xanh.
Căn nhà nằm cạnh đường có lượng xe cộ hàng ngày lớn nên mong muốn của gia chủ là tạo ra không gian sống yên tĩnh, gần gũi thiên nhiên, nhiều nắng gió và cây xanh, không bị ảnh hưởng của khói bụi, tiếng ồn.
Từ yêu cầu này, kiến trúc sư đã thiết kế một ngôi nhà có không gian thuần về nghỉ dưỡng, đặc trưng nổi bật là mở bên trong, kín bên ngoài, ưu tiên yếu tố thoáng mát và thông gió tự nhiên.
Hơn nửa diện tích 500 m2 được dành riêng để làm vườn bao quanh nhà. Khi gia chủ bước chân vào cổng sẽ được chào đón bởi hệ cây xanh, tạo cảm giác vừa “đi lạc vào một thế giới khác” tách biệt với sự ồn ã của cuộc sống bên cạnh quốc lộ.
Để đảm bảo cách âm, ngăn khói bụi và sự riêng tư cho các thành viên trong gia đình, kiến trúc sư đã cho xây dựng hệ tường rào cao 7m, bao xung quanh công trình.
Những bức tường cao gấp 5 lần tường rào thông thường này là yếu tố quan trọng đảm bảo sự thành công của “thiết kế mở hoàn toàn” đối với ngôi nhà.
Dọc chiều dài nhà là bể bơi kích thước 4x16m được bố trí cùng mảng cây xanh. Cạnh bể bơi có sân chơi nhỏ phủ đầy đá sỏi dành cho trẻ nhỏ.
Màu xanh của nước bể bơi kết hợp với sắc thiên nhiên sân vườn mang đến cảm giác thư thái, mát mẻ cho không gian sống.
Thiết kế “mở hoàn toàn” thể hiện rõ nét ở tất cả các khu vực trong nhà. Ví dụ, khu sinh hoạt chung với phòng khách và bếp có hai mặt sử dụng hệ thống cửa kính trượt lớn, toàn bộ không gian tầng trệt có thể trực tiếp nhìn ra bể bơi, sân vườn, mở rộng tầm nhìn, đồng thời giúp ánh sáng và gió len lỏi vào từng ngóc ngách trong nhà.
Nội thất phòng khách màu trung tính, vật dụng tiết chế họa tiết trang trí cùng hệ thống cửa sổ và cửa ra vào kính trượt cỡ lớn hai bên, giúp không gian phòng luôn sáng và thoáng.
Điểm nhấn của khu vực phòng ăn và bếp là bộ bàn ghế gỗ chò chỉ có vân gỗ đẹp mịn, độ bền ổn định cao. Loại gỗ này còn có mùi thơm chống côn trùng, mối mọt xâm nhập mà không bị cong vênh, co rút.
Để chống trộm, gia chủ lắp thêm hệ thống bảo vệ và chống mưa gồm hai lớp cửa cuốn (một lớp bằng song inox và một lớp bằng nhôm mỏng). Lớp cửa song inox có thể được kéo xuống để chống trộm khi gia chủ vắng nhà mà vẫn đảm bảo việc lưu thông gió. Lớp cửa nhôm mỏng chỉ dùng để chắn mưa.
Phòng ngủ của người cao tuổi trong nhà có mảng sân cao riêng biệt và tầm nhìn bao quát ra hồ bơi cùng sân chính.
Hàng hiên rộng tại phòng ngủ là nơi lý tưởng để các thành viên trong gia đình ngồi chơi hóng mát, thư giãn vào mỗi buổi chiều.
Trên lầu một, phòng ngủ của vợ chồng gia chủ và con trai trang trí theo phong cách tối giản.
Phòng ngủ trẻ em sử dụng giường kiểu Nhật dạng bệt với phần vai giường rất rộng, thấp và sát sàn, không có chân giường. Khu vực bàn học được thiết kế cách điệu, tạo nét trẻ trung, độc đáo.
Phòng vệ sinh được thiết kế đơn giản, sử dụng tone trắng tạo nên sự gọn gàng, tươm tất.
Điểm đặc biệt của phòng vệ sinh là được mở rộng tối đa tầm nhìn, đảm bảo sự thông thoáng và nhiều ánh sáng.
Công trình được thiết kế, thi công và hoàn thiện trong 8 tháng.
