Từ kiến trúc sư: Chúng tôi đề xuất giải pháp cân bằng khối phòng ngủ và hồ bơi ở hai nửa khu đất. Ở trung tâm là hệ kết cấu tường và lõi thang máy hỗ trợ việc cân bằng khối phòng ngủ và hồ bơi trên. Tiếp theo, chúng tôi sử dụng kết cấu sàn treo cho hồ bơi bằng hệ thống cột thép đường kính 100mm thay vì sử dụng hệ khung dầm cột truyền thống. Sử dụng hệ thống treo này, sàn tầng một được nâng lên so với mặt đất, tạo ra một khoang thông gió tự nhiên tại tầng hầm và cho toàn bộ ngôi nhà. Để đảm bảo độ an toàn cho kết cấu, chúng tôi bổ xung các cột chống ở khu vực hồ bơi và không gian sinh hoạt.

Hồ bơi được đưa lên cao với hai lý do. Đầu tiên là diện tích xây dựng của lô đất không cho phép xây hồ bơi trong nhà. Và thứ hai là nếu có đủ diện tích, thì vấn đề chiếu sáng trực tiếp cho hồ bơi là điều bất khả thi.
