THUYẾT MINH BỞI CÁC KTS
Giữa cuộc sống hiện đại, vật chất lên ngôi như hiện nay, điều đầu tiên H2 ấn tượng với vợ chồng trẻ, người sở hữu mảnh đất vừa phải giữa lòng thành phố Vũng Tàu là lối sống giản dị, tinh tế. Với tính cách riêng họ muốn ngôi nhà của mình chỉnh chu nhất có thể nhưng mọi thứ thật thông thoáng, gọn gàng và nhẹ nhàng tối giản.
Vì vậy chúng tôi đã sử dụng cây xanh kết hợp các vật liệu tông màu thô: tông gạch đỏ, mái ngói, tường trần xi măng để vẽ nên không gian thật tự nhiên mộc mạc. Chủ nhà cũng là người cá tính nên chọn các mảng màu nhấn đậm và mạnh mẽ như màu vàng và màu xanh đậm. Phong cách sống thích riêng tư nên khép kín với bên ngoài nhưng bên trong là không gian mở liên thông từ trong nhà ra ngoài sân vườn.
Với diện tích đất vẻn vẹn chưa tới 100m2 (9,5x10m), chúng tôi thiết kế ngôi nhà 02 tầng (tổng 116m2 diện tích sàn) có công năng vừa đủ.
Tầng 1 gồm khách bếp ăn, vệ sinh chung nhỏ gọn, dành toàn bộ không gian còn lại cho cây xanh và sân vườn. các không gian này liên tục với nhau tạo sự thoáng đãng bên trong và ngăn cách với bên ngoài bằng hệ tường gạch lỗ thông gió và cổng lùa.
Tầng 2 gồm phòng ngủ master có vệ sinh riêng và khoảng xanh mở phía trước; được đóng lại bởi hệ lam gỗ mặt tiền. Sảnh thang kết hợp không gian thờ liên thông với phòng ngủ con bằng hệ cửa kính mở gập. Phòng ngủ con có gác lửng để tối đa hóa không gian sử dụng (khu học ở dưới và ngủ trên gác)
Bài toán kinh tế là điểm mà chúng tôi hài lòng nhất trong thiết kế Vi House vì chi phí xây dựng căn nhà rất hợp lý với đôi vợ chồng trẻ. Sự kết nối không gian trong nhà và ngoài sân vườn làm cho căn nhà thoáng đãng rộng rãi nhưng thật chất diện tích xây dựng và diện tích sàn lại nhỏ gọn. Đồng thời qua Vi house chúng tôi muốn gửi thông điệp đến các bạn trẻ đang đặt nặng vấn đề chi phí xây dựng ngôi nhà mơ ước cho riêng mình: đôi khi chỉ cần Nhỏ và Đủ, và lấp đầy nó bằng những giá trị tinh thần khác!
