Dân trí Ngày 17/8, ông Nguyễn Tiến Tùng, Trưởng phòng Nội vụ Thị xã Gia Nghĩa cho biết, UBND Thị xã Gia Nghĩa đã có báo cáo số 235/BC-UBND kiểm điểm trách nhiệm cá nhân, tổ chức liên quan đến vụ sập biệt thự 4 tỷ xây dựng không phép.Hiện nay thế mạnh của kts Việt Architect là thiết kế biệt thự tân cổ điển và thiết kế biệt thự pháp, đây cũng là 2 phong cách biệt thự được nhiều đại gia lựa chọn cho mình, thể hiện được sự sang trọng và đẳng cấp.

Theo đó, ngay sau khi xảy ra sự việc, UBND TX. Gia Nghĩa đã thành lập Hội đồng xử lý kỷ luật cán bộ, công chức, viên chức để kiểm điểm trách nhiệm tập thể, cá nhân có liên quan. Theo đó, 1 tập thể và 4 cá nhân bị kiểm điểm vì thiếu trách nhiệm trong việc kiểm tra giám sát, quản lý xây dựng dẫn đến 2 căn nhà tại tổ 4, phường Nghĩa Đức bị sập., Biệt thự là kiến trúc nhà ở được kiến trúc sư thiết kế trên một không gian rộng và biệt lập tương đối với không gian xây dựng chung. Thông thường, biệt thự được hiểu là nhà ở riêng lẻ có sân vườn (cây xanh, thảm cỏ, vườn hoa, …), có tường rào và lối ra vào riêng biệt. Việc thiết kế biệt thự đòi hỏi phải có nghệ thuật và thẩm mĩ cao.
Cụ thể, phê bình, kiểm điểm, nghiêm túc rút kinh nghiệm đối với ông Nguyễn Tình Nguyện, nguyên Chủ tịch UBND phường Nghĩa Đức; đồng thời điều chuyển ông Nguyện sang công tác tại Phòng Tư pháp TX.Gia Nghĩa, chờ bổ nhiệm chức vụ phó trưởng phòng.
Phê bình, kiểm điểm, nghiêm túc rút kinh nghiệm, hạ 1 bậc thi đua đối với ông Nguyễn Văn Dũng, Trưởng phòng Quản lý đô thị và ông Lê Công Thụ, Đội trưởng Đội quản lý trật tự cảnh quan đô thị; kiểm điểm hình thức khiển trách đối với ông Lê Viết Hùng, công chức, Địa chính Xây dựng phường.
Ngoài ra, Hội đồng xử lý kỷ luật còn phê bình, kiểm điểm, nghiêm túc rút kinh nghiệm đối với tập thể phường Nghĩa Đức vì liên quan đến vụ việc trên.
Trước đó Dân trí đã đưa tin, mặc dù chỉ được phép cải tạo căn nhà cấp 4 cũ nhưng ông Vũ Quang Trường lại tự ý đập đi và xây thay thế bằng căn biệt thự rộng hơn 200 m2 . Bất ngờ trong đêm 17/6, căn biệt thự đổ sập kéo theo một căn nhà khác sập theo. Rất may tại thời điểm xảy ra sự việc không có ai ở trong nhà nên không gây thương vong về người.
Công trình mà ông Trường đang xây dựng nằm ngay vị trí đối diện với UBND phường Nghĩa Đức và đã thi công được gần 3 tháng nay. Công trình là xây dựng không phép trên mảnh đất không phải quy hoạch đất ở mà thuộc diện quy hoạch dự án hồ trung tâm Gia Nghĩa.
